About the Role:
REELSAFE SAFETY LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Environmental Specialist to join our team in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental site assessments, inspections, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor and evaluate environmental conditions including air quality, soil, and water sampling
• Develop and implement environmental management plans and programs
• Prepare and submit environmental reports, permits, and documentation to regulatory agencies
• Identify environmental hazards and recommend corrective actions to management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (EPA, TCEQ, OSHA)
• Provide environmental training and guidance to field personnel and staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an environmental specialist or EHS role, preferably in oil & gas or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of EPA, TCEQ, and OSHA environmental regulations
• Experience with environmental sampling, data analysis, and report writing
• Relevant certifications (CHMM, OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER, or similar) are a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
