How you’ll make a difference

• Lead with Heart: Supervise and support your team by assigning tasks, creating fair schedules, and providing the mentorship they need to succeed.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain a spotless environment that reflects our high standards of patient care and safety.
• Act with Integrity: Manage inventory, payroll records, and vendor relationships with honesty and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to complete special projects and improve our facility.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience: 3+ years of related experience where you’ve shown you can lead others.
• Education: High School diploma (College degree preferred).
• Spirit: A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to serving others with kindness.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to keep the team connected and informed.
• Physical: Ability to stay active throughout your shift (standing, walking, bending) and carry up to 5 lbs.
• BLS from American Heart Association
