ABOUT THE ROLE
The Workforce Solutions Sales Executive handles generating new business for Equiliem's Workforce Solutions Division, which offers Employer of Record (EOR) services, Agent of Record IC/1099 Compliance (AOR) services, and MSP services. This role will also be able to cross-sell our staffing services when aligned to client needs. The Workforce Solutions Sales Executive will prospect, qualify, consult, and close new clients while building long-term relationships that support scalable workforce programs. Success requires strong outbound activity, a pre-built network of industry partner connections, strategic pipeline development, and the ability to clearly articulate EOR, AOR, and MSP services.
Responsibilities
Co-develop, with leadership, and execute a national sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and profitability goals for Equiliem EOR/AOR and MSP opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industries in mid-market through Enterprise buyers.
Collaborate with Precision (engineering, professional), Healthcare, Demand (government, and MSP client accounts) on pipeline joint opportunities for staffing and EOR
Deepen partnerships and MSP relationships, with a heavy focus on targeted selling into MSP accounts.
Expectation: first deal closure within 6 months of start
Client & Account Expansion
Expand existing staffing and MSP accounts into EOR engagements
Partner with Account Managers and Recruiters to identify EOR opportunities
Navigate procurement, HR, legal, and MSP stakeholders
Support RFPs, pricing strategy, and solution design
Internal Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with recruiting, payroll, compliance, and operations
Ensure smooth handoff from sale to delivery
Help refine messaging, pricing, and ideal customer profiles
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We are looking for an industry professional that is a self-starter, knows how to navigate the sales landscape, and has the ability to develop and close deals independently
Required:
5+ years in staffing, workforce solutions, or MSP sales
Proven experience selling contract staffing, payrolling, or workforce services
Your own network of industry partners such as VMS, MSP, and other staffing partners for the purposes of lead generation collaboration as needed.
Strong understanding of:
W-2 employment models & IC Compliance
MSP environments
Compliance and co-employment concepts (US-based)
· Track record of expanding enterprise or strategic accounts

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS
Budgeted Salary: Commensurate with experience. Monthly commission in addition to base salary on every product you sell for Equiliem.
