Epic Analyst (Questionnaires & Activations)

Position: Epic MyChart Analyst (Questionnaires and Activations Workflows) 
Position Type: 6 month contract
Location: 100% Remote

About the Team – What They Do & Business Groups They Support:

• They have a team of Epic analysts who are responsible for configuring customizations and new workflows within the Epic Modules they cover.

Examples of Projects they will work on:

• Configuring and maintaining workflows and features for Epic MyChart Activations and Questionnaires

Other Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for configuring & maintaining workflows for Activations/ Registrations and Questionnaires
• Providing ticket support when functionalities aren't working or users are having issues
• Configure and maintain MyChart patient access and activation workflows
• Customize activation methods (codes, SMS/email, identity verification rules)
• Troubleshoot and optimize activation success rates
• Ensure alignment with organizational policies and patient access standards\
• Design, build, and maintain MyChart questionnaires
• Configure:
  • Conditional logic (branching / decision trees)
  • Question dependencies
  • Triggering rules (pre-visit, post-visit, outreach)
  • Ensure questionnaires integrate properly with Appointments and Clinical workflows
• Test and validate questionnaire behavior across scenarios

Must-Haves:
- Must have a general MyChart certification – they are on November 2025 so prefer they have this cert on Nov 2025 (let me know if this is an issue and I think he'll let us remove)
- Must have experience configuring and maintaining. MyChart Activation/ Registration Workflows AND MyChart Questionnaires. Including:
- Customize activation methods (codes, SMS/email, identity verification rules)
- Troubleshoot and optimize activation success rates
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies and patient access standards
- Configuring Conditional logic (branching / decision trees).
- Configure Question dependencies
- Configure Triggering rules (pre-visit, post-visit, outreach)
- Ensure Questionnaires integrate properly with Appointments and Clinical Workflows.
- Ensure questionnaires integrate properly with Appointments and Clinical Workflows
- Test and Validate Questionnaire behavior across all scenarios

Nice to Have:

• Experience doing the above for eCheck-in workflows (should have this if they've done activations/ registrations)

Pricing:

• Pay Rate:  $70/hr is the target range but will be negotiated individually based on experience.
