EPIC BI Reporting and Analytics Developer/Analyst

This consultant will provide end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions in the Epic Cogito

Clarity Custody Health space, especially on Ambulatory, Inpatient, Regulatory / State required fillings, Quality and related metrics.

The role requires consultant-level communication skills, the ability to coalesce related requests and

offer solutions that satisfy multiple requirements, and Software Development Life Cycle discipline:

• Gathering & documenting and confirming requirements gathering,
• Designing solution
• Obtaining Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) signoff
• Coding, testing/validation, UAT, & documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• State of California Regulatory Filings and Quality Metrics
• Custody Health (Jail healthcare)
• Minimum 3 years of Epic Clarity Data Model (EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient (IP)) analytics development.
• 5+ years of SQL query and stored procedure development experience.
• Working knowledge of Epic tools such as Slicer Dicer, Cogito SQL, Radar
• Epic Radar Dashboards created from Cogito SQL, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer or Metric Framework

• Epic Inpatient experience: Admissions, Flowsheets, Discharge Medication Reconciliation, Quality metrics
• Epic Ambulatory experience: Visits, Consults, Orders, Groupers
• Experience creating Business Intelligence outputs in a Custody/Jail setting
