Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epic Clarity Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Epic Clarity, Snowflake, and Power BI to support enterprise healthcare reporting and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience extracting and analyzing healthcare data from the Epic Clarity database, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business and clinical stakeholders.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep SQL expertise, and hands-on experience working with modern data platforms and reporting tools.
Required Skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract, analyze, and validate healthcare data from Epic Clarity.
  • Develop complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Epic reporting tools.
  • Work with Snowflake to manage and analyze enterprise healthcare data.
  • Collaborate with business users, clinicians, and operational teams to gather reporting requirements.
  • Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting integrity.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and optimize existing dashboards.
  • Support enterprise analytics initiatives and performance measurement.
  • Document reporting logic, SQL scripts, and data definitions.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in healthcare environments.
  • Strong expertise in SQL programming.
  • Epic Clarity Certification (Mandatory).
  • Experience working with Epic Clarity databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting healthcare reporting and analytics projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Epic Cogito reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and workflows.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare KPIs and operational reporting.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
