Summary:Under moderate direction, the EPIC Client Systems Administrator II is responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Epic client systems and related infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of Epic environments while partnering closely with Epic application teams, IT engineering, clinical operations, and business stakeholders. The ECSA plays a critical role in supporting upgrades, deployments, business continuity, and the overall stability of the Epic ecosystem.

Qualifications:Required:
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple layers of infrastructure.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals, and government regulatory guidelines.
Desired:
O = Occasional, represents 1 to 25% or up to 30 minutes in a 2 hour workday.
F = Frequent, represents 26 to 50% or up to 1 hour of a 2 hour workday.
C = Continuous, represents 51% to 100% or up to 2 hours of a 2 hour workday.
