Epic EHR Trainer
AACI is a community health organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of diverse communities across Santa Clara County. Founded in 1973, our mission is to strengthen the resilience and hope of individuals and families through accessible, culturally responsive healthcare services.
We are seeking an Epic EHR Trainer to support staff training and effective use of Epic EHR and Microsoft 365 tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Epic EHR and Microsoft 365 training (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Support staff onboarding, offboarding, and system upgrades
- Serve as an Epic subject matter expert and provide user support
- Develop workflow documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with clinical teams to improve workflows and support HEDIS measures
Qualifications - Associate's degree in health information systems, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of EHR training or support experience
- Experience with Epic (OCHIN Epic preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare workflows
- Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese) preferred
