We are seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst for a remote contract engagement supporting population health and value‑based care initiatives. The analyst will be responsible for build, optimization, and support of Epic Healthy Planet functionality in partnership with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Configure, support, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows, registries, and care gap functionality
• Partner with clinical, population health, and operational teams to translate requirements into Epic build
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements
• Ensure solutions align with Epic best practices and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
• Epic Healthy Planet certification is required
• Hands‑on Epic Healthy Planet build and support experience
• Strong understanding of population health or care management workflows
• Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment
Contract Details
• Fully remote
• Minimum 10 month Contract engagement with potential for extension
