Pay Range:$90,000-$110,000 Per Year
Description
Join our team as a technical and operational partner for hospital billing functions.
Based in Stamford, CT, this contract role involves ensuring the hospital billing module meets operational, regulatory, and compliance needs.
The position requires advanced analysis, system configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
Partner with hospital billing functions to ensure module functionality and compliance.
Provide advanced analysis, workflow design, and system configuration.
Lead testing cycles and optimize billing workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
Serve as a subject matter expert for billing application and related processes.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
Ensure effective integration with clinical apps and external systems.
Translate regulatory requirements into system updates.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure billing module meets operational and compliance requirements.
Analyze and optimize workflows to improve revenue cycle performance.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Develop and execute test plans for system functionality validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align workflows and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital billing support required.
Certification in hospital billing application or ability to obtain within 12 months.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and team collaboration ability.
