Summary: Seeking an
Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst to support the design, configuration, maintenance, optimization, testing, upgrades, and production support of
Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) workflows for inpatient nursing environments.
Must Have: Active, Current Epic ClinDoc Certification (Latest Version) – Mandatory & Non-Negotiable Minimum 2+ years of Epic ClinDoc Analyst experience supporting inpatient nursing environments Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience (Required) Epic system upgrade experience (Required) Epic ClinDoc Build & Configuration Inpatient Nursing Workflows (Med/Surg, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation) Clinical Documentation (Flowsheets, Assessments, Care Plans, Nursing Documentation, Worklists, Navigators) Production Support, Troubleshooting, Regression Testing & Workflow Optimization Required Skills: Active Epic ClinDoc Certification on the latest supported version (Mandatory) 2+ years of Epic ClinDoc analyst experience supporting inpatient nursing workflows Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience Experience planning and supporting Epic system upgrades Strong experience with:
Flowsheets Assessments Care Plans Nursing Documentation Worklists Navigators Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support Knowledge of Med/Surg, Long-Term Care (LTC), and Rehabilitation workflows Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions Experience resolving tickets, service requests, and supporting operational stakeholders Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills: Additional Epic Certifications in: Long-Term Care (LTC) , ASAP , Rehab , Orders Experience supporting integrated Epic applications: Willow, Beacon, Radiant, Ambulatory, Security, Reporting Education: Partial or completed college degree preferred.
