Epic Inst Design Specialist/ eLearning

Required Skills & Experience:
-Experienced in learning design, training development and eLearning.
-Experienced with web training/authoring tools and multimedia tools/players.
-Past success working independently as well as in a team situation while meeting aggressive deadlines.
-Demonstrated high degree of collaboration and diplomacy as well as problem analysis and creative solutions.
-Demonstrated competence in designing and presenting Web Based courses.
-Proven knowledge of adult learning methods.
-Demonstrated proficiency in Client Office Products.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Minimum of 3-years relevant Epic experience.
-Proven experience in instructional education, training, and customer service.

Responsibilities Cont'd:
-Ensures system changes and updates are incorporated into existing documentation and curriculum.
-Maintains expertise and competence in the proper operation and optimal use of assigned software/Epic modules. Remains informed about trends and innovations in the industry.
-Assists in maintaining and testing the training environment in a manner consistent with the overall training strategy and approach.
