Responsible for configuring, testing, optimizing, and supporting the Epic Prelude module, with a focus on patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic data management.
Partners with operational and clinical stakeholders to improve front-end revenue cycle workflows, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and support upgrades, enhancements, and new clinic implementations.
Utilizes Epic Prelude expertise and RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) experience to streamline registration processes, improve user adoption, and drive operational efficiency.
