Resources will provide real-time support to physicians and advanced practice providers during go-live. Responsibilities include assisting with Epic navigation, documentation workflows, order entry, troubleshooting user issues, reinforcing training, and escalating issues to the command center as needed.

• Prior Epic go-live or At-the-Elbow support experience. We are specifically seeking APPs/NPs/RNs – not general ATE support. Experienced nurses are also very good in this role. Physician/APPs are preferred but we will accept other clinicians for interview.

• Strong understanding of Epic provider workflows
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
