Position Title Epic Reporting Analyst/ Systems Analyst Senior AdvisorLocation This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility for productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a reasonable commuting distance from an office.Responsibilities Define functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.Perform feature testing and determine environmental needs.Act as the link between technical and business views, ensuring solutions satisfy business needs.Partner with business, architecture and infrastructure teams and oversee all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.Define detail design components with high‑level architecture blueprints.Coordinate integration activities to ensure successful implementation.Ensure effective monitoring of systems.Define development strategy, standards and support tools.Proactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.Minimum Requirements Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 8 years experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Epic Certification in Clarity/Caboodle strongly preferred.Experience with SQL strongly preferred.Experience with Rational tools, Six Sigma or other process improvement training strongly preferred.Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $135,148 to $202,722.
