The Senior Application Analyst is an Epic Systems build analyst within Northwest Permanente’s Department of Medical Informatics. The Medical Informatics department advances patient care and physician efficiency by optimizing technology and supporting clinicians through system development and training.
The Senior Systems Administrator serves as a technical leader and subject matter expert, performing complex systems configuration, supporting enterprise applications, evaluating the impact of system changes, and independently implementing and managing build projects. This role collaborates closely with KPHC IT, NWP Operations, DMI Leads, and Physician Champions to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and enhance system performance. The Senior Systems Administrator also mentors technical team members, expands departmental Epic expertise, and contributes to solutions that improve operational efficiency and clinical care.
This position requires candidates to be located within the Portland/Vancouver metro area and to work onsite at our downtown Portland corporate office one day per week.
