Position Overview
A leading hospital is seeking an experienced Epic Stork Analyst to support obstetrics and perinatal systems within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Stork modules, ensuring efficient workflows across labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, and postpartum documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and maintain Epic Stork modules
- Support obstetrics workflows, including labor and delivery, fetal monitoring, and postpartum documentation
- Collaborate with OB/GYN providers, nursing staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Optimize workflows to improve clinical efficiency and patient care
- Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot system issues and workflow inefficiencies
- Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and go-live support
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users
Required Qualifications
- Epic Stork Certification (required)
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Stork or obstetrics systems
- Strong understanding of obstetrics workflows, including labor and delivery and fetal monitoring
- Experience with system build, configuration, and testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in hospital or large healthcare environments
- Familiarity with perinatal documentation standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
