Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize UM workflows within Epic Tapestry.
Configure Service Authorization components including:
Referrals
Auto Status Assignment (ASA) logic
UM Profiles & Letters
Referral Triggers
Workqueues (WQ)
SmartTools, LPPs, Extensions
Support Import/Export configurations and FHIR integrations (FDI/AIF preferred).
Lead testing (unit, regression, UAT) and troubleshoot build issues.
Partner with operational and IT teams to align system configuration with payer rules and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Utilization Management (UM) Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Service Authorization build and workflow configuration.
5+ years Epic experience
Strong Tapestry UM build experience
Service Authorization configuration expertise
Deep knowledge of UM workflows and authorization logic
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Epic certification preferred but not required.
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
5 days/week including every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
