Job Description & Responsibilities:

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Epic Web and Service Server Engineer to join our team working remotely. We collaborate with companies that provide environments where our employees can contribute, learn, and advance their careers. We treat you like family.

• Support, develop, maintain, and optimize the technical infrastructure for Epic applications and services.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, and deploy Epic technologies across various environments.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of Epic architecture and infrastructure standards.
• Offer technical consulting and support to Epic application development teams and clients.
• Comply with Information Services processes and healthcare system policies.
• Manage project tasks and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop productive relationships with internal customers and address issues professionally.
• Support Epic application deployment platforms, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams for proactive system support and issue resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Epic ECSA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct Epic ECSA experience and progressive IT experience.
• Experience in Web Services, Server Administration, Systems Engineering, or Network Administration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of operating system concepts and system administration fundamentals.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
