Responsibilities:The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs. The analyst has a good understanding of industry requirements and applicable clinical/business/infrastructure systems, including those that process confidential patient and quality improvement that is protected and confidential by federal and/or state law. The analyst devises or modifies systems to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity, capabilities, limitations, cost-effectiveness and desired results. Provides analysis of clinical, business, and user needs, regulatory requirements, documentation requirements, and translation of those requirements into proper system requirement specifications suitable for the technical staff. Leads information technology deployment and optimization efforts based on the organization's clinical, infrastructure and business performance improvement objectives. Provides clinical, technical and/or business subject matter expertise to translate data into information and actionable knowledge in the daily practice. The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst must be certified in Willow Ambulatory.
Qualifications:EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Must possess a BS or BA in related field. Minimum of 2 years working with clinical and/or financial applications within a healthcare/physician practice environment. Demonstrated progressive experience with information systems; healthcare environment preferred. Strong analytic and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communications, process redesign and problem-solving. Must have proven ability to work with nursing, clinical providers, technical and/or business professionals. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of users who have varying levels of computer expertise. Ability to implement and adhere to best practices in information technology system integrity and build standards. Current experience and/or certification in configuring Epic required.

Min: USD $31.94/Hr. Max: USD $57.49/Hr. Salary Information: Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
