Skill Requirement:
Strong hands-on development experience with Epicor ERP/APS, specifically around scheduling module configuration and customization.
Proven ability to read, debug, and extend existing Epicor code – including working through complex, undocumented logic (“lines and lines of code”) to resolve issues.
Experience automating manual scheduling processes, ideally in a manufacturing/production environment (job scheduling, machine routing, backlog planning).
Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of a development project, including scoping, planning, and delivery within a defined timeline.
Comfortable operating in a hybrid delivery model – partnering with a client's internal developer/architect as well as delivering solo when required.
Analyze Mastercraft's current manual Epicor scheduling process, including job scheduling logic, machine routing, and backlog management, to identify automation opportunities.
Design, develop, and implement Epicor scheduling automation, reducing manual effort and improving planning accuracy.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project teams during implementation and support phases.
Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering/ Electronics and Instrumentation.
