Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Epicor APS for production planning and scheduling.
Develop and maintain finite-capacity production schedules based on machine, labor, and material constraints.
Analyze and optimize work orders, routings, BOMs, and resource allocation to improve throughput.
Perform what-if scenario planning to evaluate production changes and disruptions.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, and operations teams to improve schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
Monitor capacity utilization, bottlenecks, and production performance, recommending continuous improvements.
Support APS master data management including calendars, resources, work centers, routings, and inventory parameters.
Provide user training, testing, and post-implementation support for planning and scheduling processes.
