Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Epicor Technical Architect with deep expertise in Epicor Kinetic, ERP integrations, and enterprise ERP architecture. This role will lead the design, customization, and modernization of ERP systems supporting Finance, HR, and Procurement functions within a life insurance environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with strategic vision to drive ERP transformation initiatives.
Key Skills
- Epicor ERP (Kinetic)
- SQL Server, .NET Core, C#
- REST APIs, ERP integrations, middleware, ETL processes
- Cloud platforms: Azure and AWS
- Experience in Insurance / Life Insurance domain (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain ERP architecture and roadmap
- Lead integrations with enterprise systems
- Oversee ERP customizations (BPM, BAQ, dashboards)
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance of ERP systems
- Drive ERP upgrades, modernization, and transformation initiatives
Experience Required
- 8 10 years in ERP architecture, technical leadership, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic and ERP integrations
