Epicor Technical Specialist

Our client is a growing manufacturer looking to add an Epicor Technical Specialist to the team.

-Perform development, implementation, administration, integration and ongoing improvement of Epicor
-Support Epicor technical solutions including dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, UBAQs, Application Studio customizations and reports
-Administer Epicor users, security, menus and access perrmissions
-Import, export and validate data using Epicor Data Management Tool (DMT)
-Assist with ERP integrations and data interfaces between Epicor and third-party applications
-Provide Epicor training
-Participate in testing, upgrades and implementations
-Create and maintain documentation for Epicor processes, workflows and support procedures
-Work with vendors and developers on issue resolution and enhancements


Required Skills & Experience
-BS in Computer Science or related
-5+ years of Epicor Experience (10.2 and Kinetic)
-Proficient in SQL, C#, Crystal Report, SSRS
-Experience creating and modifying the Epicor Kinetic UI using Application Studio
-Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills
-Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with enthusiasm to customers and internal staff of all levels
