  • Candidates should have experience designing and applying measurement strategies that assess program performance across business, customer, patient, and channel dimensions to include defining KPIs, baseline measures, targets, test-and-learn approaches, and performance monitoring plans that guide optimization over time.
  • A strong background in health equity and the drivers of disparities is highly desired.

Must-haves

  • Evaluation science background

  • Study design experience

  • Understanding of control/intervention groups

  • Ability to identify and address bias in study designs

  • Experience applying performance measurement frameworks to assess initiative effectiveness, including baseline development, target setting, trend monitoring, and performance interpretation
  • Experience supporting test-and-learn measurement approaches, including test/control design, impact assessment, and readout development to inform optimization and future investment decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with stakeholders across a complex, matrixed environment and convert analytic findings into clear recommendations for action.

Notes: 100% Remote. EST shift.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Meeting-heavy role with independent deliverable work
  • Join or manage contracting/team stand-ups
  • Work with project leads, vendors, analytics teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Support evaluation methodology, measurement plans, and study design discussions
  • Help translate technical methodology into clear guidance for non-data teams

  • This role will support the implementation of measurement strategies including coherent study designs with robust KPIs and end-of-program evaluations for scalable analytic capabilities that inform brand, customer, and organizational strategy.
  • This role is responsible for helping define what success looks like across PHI programs by translating business questions into key objectives, measurable performance indicators, and actionable analytic plans that enable evidence-based decision-making.
  • The role will also support the development and scaling of data insight generation tools and new analytic capabilities that enable the business to identify, prioritize, and act on key opportunity areas across the patient journey.
  • This position will partner closely alongside the PHI Analytic Lead with cross-functional partners to accomplish this work including external program vendors, marketing, and analytics teams, to ensure that analytic solutions include clear success metrics, structured performance readouts, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, resource prioritization, and continuous improvement.
