Summary
The Epidemiology Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the daily functions of TB Prevention & Control division of the Public Health Department including investigating TB cases and suspecting and associating investigations which includes the identification and follow-up of all contacts e.g., skin test, x-ray, medical clinic appointments and ninety (90) day repeat TST's. Responsible for all high-risk screening activities along with other duties assigned by supervisor.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent may be required to bend, hear, keyboard, sit, stand, talk, work alone and with others, and work overtime. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

Do you have a bachelor's degree with major course work in Public Health, Natural Science, or a related field, and two (2) years of increasingly responsible disease counseling or prevention experience? (required) OR

Do you have an Associate's degree/LVN with four (4) years of TB/STD/HIV experience? (required).
