Pay Rate: $18.75 - $19.25 per hour | 4-Day Work Week: Monday - Thursday | 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM

EPJ Operator Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

EPJ Operator Skills and Experience Requirements

• Recent Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience required
• Crown Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Warehouse material handling and order picking experience
• Ability to accurately pick, transport, and stage products
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

EPJ Operator Physical Capabilities

• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Operate Electric Pallet Jack equipment safely
• Perform repetitive warehouse material handling tasks
• Work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from the low 50s to high 60s
• Wear required safety equipment as needed

EPJ Operator Job Duties

• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to safely move products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and transport orders using RF scanners
• Load, unload, and stage products for shipping and receiving
• Replenish inventory and move materials to designated locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support warehouse operations and complete general duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a EPJ Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

The EPJ Operator plays an important role in warehouse and manufacturing operations by operating forklifts to support inventory movement and material handling. This position requires strong spatial awareness, attention to detail, and safe operating practices.

Successful EPJ Operator candidates understand warehouse workflows, equipment inspections, inventory procedures, and safe material handling while supporting productive daily operations. Consistent performance contributes directly to warehouse efficiency.
