Job Description We are looking for an ePMO Tooling & CoE Project Manager to support the development, configuration, and continuous improvement of tooling and automation within an Enterprise PMO environment. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, technology, and process excellence.You will play a key role in shaping how the PMO uses tools, data, and AI-driven capabilities to drive efficiency, standardisation, and quality across project delivery. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Azure DevOps and modern Microsoft tooling, you will ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business needs.What you will doImplement a new PMO tool for the organization.Enhance our AI processes and automation.Configure, enhance, and maintain existing PMO tooling (e.g. Azure DevOps, MS Project and ServiceNow)Act as the SME supporting project managers and driving ongoing developmentTranslate business and functional requirements into technical specifications for tooling improvementsSupport standardisation of PMO methodologies, templates, and documentationDevelop user guides, SOPs, and structured knowledge management contentDesign and deliver onboarding and training for tools and processesCollaborate with IT and system owners to ensure integration between PMO and enterprise toolsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across tooling, processes, and ways of workingEmbed quality assurance and governance into tooling and delivery practicesAI and Automation FocusAs part of the evolution of the PMO, this role is expected to actively contribute to AI-enabled ways of working:Identify opportunities to introduce AI and automation into PMO processes and toolingApply tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other AI capabilities to improve productivity and insightSupport the use of AI for reporting, forecasting, document generation, and knowledge managementAct as a champion for AI adoption within the PMO, helping colleagues embed AI into daily workCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with governance standards
Qualifications What we're looking forExperienceExperience working in a PMO, ePMO, or project-based delivery environmentHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including structuring, reporting, and configurationExperience working with Microsoft tooling such as Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and PlannerExperience translating business needs into technology solutionsExposure to AI tools and automation within a business or PMO contextSkillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using technologyAbility to balance operational support and continuous improvement initiativesStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholdersStructured, organised, and detail-oriented approachCollaborative, proactive, and solution-driven mindsetNice to haveExperience in SaaS, ERP, or consulting environmentsExperience integrating tools across enterprise environments (e.g. APIs, PPM tools)Certifications in Microsoft technologies or PMO frameworks (e.g. Power Platform, P3O)Practical experience implementing AI solutions in a PMO or project environment
