Location: St. Louis, MO. This is a field-based position involving travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Build Your Skills. Take Pride in the Details. Create Floors That Last.
St. Louis Epoxy Systems is a locally owned epoxy flooring and concrete coating company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the St. Louis metro area. We install garage floor coatings, flake and metallic epoxy systems, concrete overlays, commercial coatings, and other durable surface solutions. Our work is built on careful preparation, quality materials, and close attention to detail. We are growing and looking for someone who wants more than a temporary labor job; someone ready to learn a skilled trade and grow with the company.
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Epoxy Flooring Installer/Technician to join our field team. Prior epoxy flooring experience is welcome but not required; we are prepared to train the right person. You will assist with every stage of the installation process, including jobsite setup, concrete preparation, material handling, coating application, cleanup, and equipment care.
This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, focus, and the ability to follow instructions in a time-sensitive environment. The finished floors may look impressive, but creating them requires careful preparation, repetition, teamwork, and attention to small details. The ideal candidate understands that reality, takes pride in doing the work correctly, and wants to develop into a more skilled and responsible role over time.

- Work efficiently with materials that have limited working and curing times.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, equipment, and installation materials.
- Keep company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for upcoming projects.
- Maintain safe, orderly, and professional jobsites throughout each installation.
- Communicate clearly with crew members and ask questions when instructions are unclear.
- Treat customers, their homes, and their businesses with professionalism and respect.
- Complete installations efficiently without compromising safety, preparation, or workmanship.
- Work extended days or occasional weekends when necessary to complete installations properly.
