    Job Summary

    At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Installer is responsible for working on commercial and industrial epoxy and polish projects.

    Requirements

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assess work sites to determine possible issues and make recommendations accordingly.
    • Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old hardware like screws and bolts.
    • Use hand and power tools to install flooring materials according to client specifications.
    • Work alongside other installers while emphasizing safety and efficient use of time and materials.
    • Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest possible standards of work.
    • Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of products after the completion of installation projects.
    • Ability to address small carpentry and trim-related issues including planning door bottoms.

    Qualifications

    • Reliable transportation to report to assigned job sites or designated meeting locations as scheduled.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and effectively support and learn from experienced crew members.
    • Ability to follow instructions and accept direction from supervisors to complete assigned job tasks safely and accurately.
    • A high school diploma or GED certificate.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
    • Available to work weekends as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Epoxy Flooring Experience.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
