Job Summary
At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Installer is responsible for working on commercial and industrial epoxy and polish projects.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess work sites to determine possible issues and make recommendations accordingly.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old hardware like screws and bolts.
- Use hand and power tools to install flooring materials according to client specifications.
- Work alongside other installers while emphasizing safety and efficient use of time and materials.
- Inspect finished work to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest possible standards of work.
- Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of products after the completion of installation projects.
- Ability to address small carpentry and trim-related issues including planning door bottoms.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to report to assigned job sites or designated meeting locations as scheduled.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and effectively support and learn from experienced crew members.
- Ability to follow instructions and accept direction from supervisors to complete assigned job tasks safely and accurately.
- A high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
- Available to work weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epoxy Flooring Experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
