Eques is our award-winning restaurant, and known to have some of the best breakfast & brunch offerings in Bellevue!

Our Restaurant Greeters/Hosts are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for our guests. These colleagues have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Our Greeters also support the Eques team in taking all of our to-go orders. Greeters may be the final point of contact before our guests depart, and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. If you have experience as a greeter, your skills are invaluable to our Eques team!

This position also offers the opportunity to cross-train as a Server Assistant and offer additional support in this area.

The hourly rate range for this position is from $19.50/hour to $20.09/hour. The start rate for this position is $19.50/hour. When scheduled to support the team as a Server Assistant, the base rate of pay will be $18.10/hour.

• The Greeter position is eligible for additional compensation through gratuities provided at the guest's discretion, as well as to receive service charges incurred in applicable to-go orders. When working as team of greeters over a specific shift, service charges and gratuities earned on related to-go orders will be split equally among the greeters working that shift.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

• Must have open and flexible availability, to include: AM shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Sunday Scheduling: 6:30a - 01:30p

• Monday - Friday Scheduling: 06:00a - 10:30a

• Saturday Scheduling: 06:30a - 12:30p

• Refined verbal communication skills

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Previous restaurant and customer service experience preferred

• Food Handler's Card required
