Job Summary

The eQuip Maintenance Specialist will work in conjunction with eQuip Management and Galls Sales department related to the building and on-going maintenance of Uniform Programs, Pricing Files and eQuip Websites, primarily working on customer request submitted through Website Maintenance to the KACE ticket system. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct Uniform Program and eQuip maintenance and through price changes, product additions/removals and VAS updates to Personalization Groups.
• Respond to end user request submitted through Website Maintenance on eQuip, expectation is all requests are worked within 1 business day of submission.
• Work internal eQuip Maintenance tickets submitted through KACE as directed.
• Trouble shoot system issue of eQuip Website or Uniform Program and escalate issues to Senior eQuip Specialist as necessary.
• Serve as back-up for other departmental personnel.
• Miscellaneous and special projects as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a related field or within Galls operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, thorough sense of urgency and follow-through skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and customer service skills.
• GQ, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
