Shift Timings: 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Ability to multitask across multiple projects
Experience checking in/tracking parts/materials
Ability to work on feet and lift 25 30 lbs
Comfortable working in fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment
Good to have skills:
Automation equipment or machine shop environment experience
Warehouse/shipping-receiving experience
Mechanical aptitude / ability to identify parts
Familiarity with prints/BOMs/drawings
SolidWorks exposure (not mandatory, trainable)
Tool crib / kitting / material coordination experience
Procurement coordination background
Day to day activity:
Coordinate materials and parts for automation equipment builds
Work with procurement team to track purchase parts
Coordinate with machine shop for custom fabricated parts
Check in and organize incoming materials/components
Support engineers with BOM/material verification
Work with build technicians to ensure required parts availability
Track missing/incorrect parts and resolve issues
Perform material handling, kitting, and part delivery activities
Use Excel/PC systems for tracking and coordination
Education:
No degree requirement
Entry-level candidates considered with strong organizational and PC skills
Experience:
Entry level to 1 2 years preferred
Open to warehouse, procurement, machine shop, or coordination backgrounds
Mechanical/manufacturing environment experience preferred
Candidates with automation equipment repair/build background considered strong fit
Interview:
Initial phone screening (~30 mins)
Followed by onsite interview/team meet-and-greet if shortlisted
Typically 2 interview rounds
