About the Role
Seeking a Tech Transfer Equipment Design Engineer to support filling systems, equipment fit-up, and process design in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Translate Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) into equipment design requirements.
Design and optimize filling assemblies based on flow rates, viscosity, and process requirements.
Select appropriate tubing, materials, fittings, and fluid transfer connections.
Support equipment fit-up, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Process, and Quality teams.
Support equipment documentation and qualification/validation readiness.
Required Qualifications
Engineering degree or related technical background.
Experience with equipment design, filling systems, fluid dynamics, and process engineering.
Hands-on knowledge of tubing, fittings, fluid transfer, and equipment integration.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
