Description

Overview:

Coordinates Company owned and rented equipment maintenance, licensing and utilization records for assigned project or District.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Assists in managing all vehicle licensing, registration and record keeping for all assigned project vehicles
  • Inspections of equipment and parts
  • Logistics management and communication
  • Long/short range equipment planning and scheduling
  • Support of craft maintenance technicians – ordering parts, manage inventory, schedule crews, and manage quality and safety
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction
  • Schedules and monitors all vehicle and equipment maintenance and oil changes
  • Schedules all crane inspections to ensure timely and compliant maintenance
  • Works closely with all third-party equipment rental vendors to track hours, hire dates and total hours used. Maintains project utilization schedule for assigned project or District
  • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan
  • Support published corporate policies.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s in a related field preferred
  • Driver’s License required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to identify issues and recommend solutions to management.
  • Knowledge of corporate billing software and MS Office Suite preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on multiple projects at once while prioritizing tasks
  • Willingness to work in both office and field environments
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
