    Description

    Recruitment Consultant | Semiconductor & Power Electronics Hillsboro, OROverview A mature semiconductor manufacturer seeks a hands-on leader to manage the epitaxy (EPI) equipment maintenance function for a high-volume fabrication environment. You'll guide engineers, technicians, and service partners to provide 24/7 tool support, elevate reliability and cost efficiency, and foster a safe, positive workplace.Responsibilities Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of equipment engineers, technicians, and contractors supporting manufacturing operations.Ensure production targets are achieved while upholding rigorous safety, quality, and cost controls.Prioritize and coordinate work across manufacturing, engineering, and equipment support groups.Mentor talent and build a high-performing culture through clear communication and effective role modeling.Allocate resources, administer policies, and optimize processes for maximum tool uptime and efficiency.Champion continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and people development.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related field; business background a plus.8–10 years in semiconductor equipment maintenance; experience with epitaxy tools preferred.5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing setting.Advanced technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).Comfortable supporting a 24/7 operational environment and shifting priorities.Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced settings.What You'll Get in Return (Optional) A stable, growth-oriented environment with clear paths for advancement, a collaborative culture, and strong support for employee learning and operational excellence.Equal Opportunity Employer This company is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
