LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist, for a contract, hybrid opportunity in Alpharetta, GA.

Must be willing to work in office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.

About the role

Support an equipment finance team by preparing and negotiating loan/lease documentation, coordinating the closing and funding process, and ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end closing on equipment lease/loan transactions (document review through booking/funding).
  • Determine documentation and lien perfection requirements (UCC filings; titled vehicles; marine/Coast Guard; aircraft/FAA).
  • Coordinate directly with customers and third parties (vendors, landlords, outside counsel) and negotiate documentation as needed.
  • Complete KYC/CIP/beneficial ownership steps to support regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare post-closing packages, clear exceptions, maintain files, and handle follow-up items.
  • Support account maintenance/research; process payoffs/releases; assist with wires/tickets, draws, payments, and advances as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of equipment finance experience within a financial institution (loan/lease documentation and closing).
  • Working knowledge of lien perfection and collateral types (UCC, titled assets, marine, aircraft).
  • Strong client-facing communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and comfort learning internal systems (loan/lease platforms such as Aspire a plus).

Contract Pay Range: $30 to $34 an hour, depending on experience.
