Equipment Finance Sales Representative

Location: Northeast / Mid-Atlantic Region (Remote)

Compensation: $125, 000 $160, 000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

ABOUT THE ROLE

A well-established equipment finance company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to originate equipment finance, working capital, and refinancing transactions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This is a relationship-driven role focused primarily on direct end-user business, with additional opportunities through dealer channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage direct client relationships with established middle-market businesses.
  • Originate equipment finance transactions for new and used equipment.
  • Structure financing solutions including equipment loans, leases, working capital facilities, equipment revolvers, and refinances.
  • Prospect and develop new business while growing existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and closings.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline and achieve annual production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in equipment finance, commercial banking, leasing, or commercial lending.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation, construction, and commercial equipment markets preferred.
  • Ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline.
  • Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
