Equipment Inventory Specialist

Grandvue Medical Care Facility in East Jordan is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Equipment Inventory Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is essential in maintaining, managing, and overseeing the inventory of both medical and non-medical equipment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure all assigned equipment is operational, compliant with safety regulations, and readily available to staff when needed and work closely with various departments to coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment purchases. This position requires on-site work at Grandvue Medical Care Facility in East Jordan.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years in equipment management or professional business office environment.
• Experience in equipment management, or maintenance, ideally in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong understanding of medical and non-medical equipment used in nursing homes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a particular focus on Excel.
