The Residents Pad Specialists (Equipment Laborer) primary responsibility is to provide residents with accurate information and guidance on waste disposal at the Landfill Resident's Pad Location, and to ensure a welcoming environment while they use our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Direct customers on where and how to dispose of their waste at the SWACO Residents Pad
- Experience operating backhoe, street sweeper, track hoe, bobcat, box truck etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance on waste disposal procedures.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and maintain a clean and organized Residents Pad.
- Ensure all waste is properly disposed of and unauthorized waste is identified and reported.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and adhere to waste disposal regulations and procedures.
- Willingness to undergo training and develop a deep understanding of SWACOs operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents.
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistently providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
