We’re looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Equipment Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate, monitor, and maintain industrial machinery to support efficient manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor assigned machinery and equipment according to company standards
Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and adjustments
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger problems to maintenance
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Complete production logs and documentation accurately
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment preferred
Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
