Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Loznica, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of the equipment maintenance team.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assist the Equipment Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance plans and technical documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Ensure safe operation of production equipment and compliance with company safety standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Fluent English and Serbian.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Good communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
