The Equipment Maintenance Technician will keep the building and related equipment in operational condition. Duties include repair and maintenance of process equipment and all related facilities components to keep the factory and building operating to specification.
Primary Responsibilities
Adhere to all safety guidelines.
Work to troubleshoot and resolve facility equipment and issues.
Perform diagnostic and corrective maintenance on facility support equipment.
Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate downtime.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and perform required preventative maintenance duties.
Monitor and analyze all related data to improve/maintain tool performance and address issues.
Ability to write routine reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School or equivalent required.
Associate's degree in electronics is a plus.
5 years' experience in equipment maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, schematics, drawings, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Self-driven and able to identify/resolve priorities to improve fab performance.
Skilled in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical and vacuum systems.
Willingness to work in a team environment and possess positive interpersonal skills.

Plan and conduct experiments to improve equipment processes.
Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
Be flexible in accommodating changing priorities and working hours to support business needs.
Physical/Working Requirements
Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
Works with hazardous materials, wastewater treatment removal.
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Ability to climb a ladder.
Frequently lift to 25 Ibs.
Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery.
