Job Title: Technician Location:Temecula, CA
Long Term/ Day ShiftJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technician to support manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, and production operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, maintain documentation, and work closely with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing and assembly line equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and document repairs, upgrades, and parts used in the maintenance database.
Maintain backup equipment and spare parts inventory to support production needs.
Assist manufacturing, industrial, and quality engineers with equipment operation and improvements.
Support equipment setup, workstation modifications, and assembly line installations.
Modify manufacturing lines to meet changing production requirements.
Identify equipment issues and recommend process improvements to maximize equipment uptime.
Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
Prioritize work assignments and organize maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment optimization projects.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Minimum 3-4 years of related technician or manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
Strongknowledge of mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing equipment troubleshooting.
Experience performing preventive maintenance and maintaining maintenance records.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and utilize maintenance software.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or quality system environment is preferred.
Ability to work independently and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
