R360 Environmental Solutions , a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded Equipment Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility.
? The Job:
+ Safely operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, compactors, loaders) to move, spread, and compact waste materials.
+ Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
+ Maintain landfill cover and site grading to meet safety and environmental standards.
+ Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including proper PPE use.
+ Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and safe landfill operations.
✅ Requirements:
+ Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)
+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills
+ Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage
+ Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
