Equipment Operator Golf Course Mainenance

Job Title: Golf Course Grounds Equipment Operator (Seasonal, Full-time or Part-time)

Location: Sunset Hills Country Club, Edwardsville, IL

Department: Grounds Maintenance

Reports To: Golf Course Superintendent

Job Summary: The Golf Course Grounds Equipment Operator is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the golf course grounds, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition for both member play and special events. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks, including mowing rough, fairways, tees, and other general maintenance duties to enhance the appearance and playability of the course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas
• Operate tractors, rough mowers, tee mowers, riding greens mowers

·         Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and performing tasks.

Qualifications:

·          Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

·         Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Schedule:

·         Seasonal, Full-time or Part-time position, Hours M-F 6am-3pm

Wage:

·         $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.
