Kind of Work Under general supervision, employee will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of light tractor drawn equipment such as mowers, bush hogs, etc. (10 ft. or smaller) as well as perform minor maintenance and servicing of the equipment. Employee is responsible for cutting grass, trimming trees, and/or spreading sand. Loads trucks with materials to be delivered to work-sites or dumps. Candidate may be required to assist in moving equipment from one job to another or assist in moving equipment in the yard in cases where the equipment is disabled. Depending on the assigned vehicles, Equipment Operator Is may be required to possess a valid Louisiana Standard (Class E) or Chauffeurs (Class D) Drivers License in order to perform the tasks associated with the position.
