Position Summary

As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating simple automated assembly machines. Your role is vital in maintaining the quality of our medical devices through precise machine operation and attention to detail. This position involves performing routine tasks with machines that require minimal supervision, allowing you to develop a strong foundation in equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Operate machines, jigs, and fixtures to produce high-quality products.
• Start machines from a power-off state and perform work order setups.
• Count, package, and label finished products accurately.
• Demonstrate flexibility by operating multiple simple machines.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform visual inspections with or without magnification tools.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs repetitively.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM.

Preferences

• Basic experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Previous experience in a clean room environment is a plus.
