Warehouse Order Selector
Location: Carol Stream, IL Onsite
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Order Selector to accurately pick, label, palletize, and stage customer orders using a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ). This role requires strong attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and the ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Operate a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ/walkie rider) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders using pick sheets and handheld scanners
- Label, organize, and palletize products for shipment
- Transport completed pallets to dock areas
- Assist with inventory management and receiving tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience operating a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Order picking and packing experience
- Familiarity with inventory, receiving, and handheld scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer and scanner skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Interview & Training Requirements
- In-person interview required
- Ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) skills test required
