Warehouse Associate / Order Picker
Location: Grove City, OH (Onsite)

- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Monday Friday
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must have experience operating warehouse equipment and performing order picking, loading, and inventory-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Load outbound shipments safely and efficiently
- Operate a double-blade electric pallet jack (ride-on)
- Operate a Raymond stand-up reach truck
- Use RF scanners and voice-directed equipment
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
Required Skills:
- Order picking experience
- Double-blade electric pallet jack (ride-on) experience
- Raymond stand-up reach truck experience
- Loading experience
- RF scanner experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong and stable work history with prior positions typically lasting 9 months or longer
- Steel-toed boots required
